Guidelines for Registration to Nursery & LKG
(Non Refundable Registration Fee Rs. 350/- is to be paid online)

Dear Parents,
Kindly read the instructions carefully before filling-in the Registration details.
1. Age Requirement:
➢ Nursery : Children born between 1st Aug 2022 to 31st March 2023
➢ LKG : Children born between 1
st Aug 2021 to 31st July 2022
2. Online filling of Registration Form:
• Nursery : On 1st & 2nd December 2025
• LKG : On 3rd & 4th December 2025
3. Submission of Registration Form:
The filled- in online printed application form of the eligible student should be submitted in
the school office along with the following necessary documents.
i. Acknowledgement Slip
ii. Birth Certificate
iii. Aadhaar Card
iv. Caste Certificate (If Applicable)
• Nursery – 8
th & 9th December 2025
(Timing : 9:00 am to 12:00 noon)
• LKG – 10th & 11th December 2025
(Timing : 9:00 am to 12:00 noon )
4. Interactive Session with Parents and Candidates of Nursery & LKG:
➢ Nursery : 15th , 16th & 18th December 2025
(Timing : 12:00 noon to 03:00 pm)
➢ LKG : 12th & 13th January 2026
(Timing : 12:00 noon to 03:00 pm)
(Note: Kindly confirm your date allotment and time from the school office
while you submit your registration form in the school office and be present for
the interactive session before your scheduled time provided)
5. Selection List:
➢ The selected candidates list for Nursery & LKG will be published on:
Nursery : 10th January 2026
LKG : 21st January 2026
6. Admission:
➢ Nursery: 29th, 30th & 31st January 2026 (As per the date allotment)
(Timing : 8:00 am to 11:30 am)
➢ LKG : 9th , 10th & 11th February 2026 (As per the date allotment)
(Timing : 8:00 am to 11:30 am)
Important Notes:
➢ Birth Certificate should be from Municipality / Notified Area Committee/ Office
of the Registrar of Birth and Death.
➢ Caste Certificate to be submitted for SC/ST/OBC.
➢ Court affidavits, horoscopes, or hospital/clinic certificates will not be accepted.
➢ No alteration of either the name or the date of birth will be permitted at any
time later.
➢ The presence of both parents is mandatory during the interactive session.
➢ For Textbooks , Stationery & School Uniform, kindly check school notice board
at the time of Admission.
➢ Uniform measurement will be taken at the time of Admission, so kindly make
sure that the candidates are present on the day of admission.
➢ All the original certificates (Birth / Aadhaar/Caste-if applicable) must be
brought along for verification at the time of Interactive session and submission
of Registration Form.
➢ A recent passport size photograph of both the parents with the child in
between must be affixed to the Admission Form.
➢ All original certificates (Birth/Aadhaar/Caste—if applicable) must be brought
for verification at the time of the interactive session and submission of the
Registration Form. The necessary documents must be attached along with a
photocopy of each at the time of Admission & Interactive Session.
➢ Incomplete or ineligible forms will not be accepted.
