We live today in a world, where in the system of education solely focuses on the academic excellence. The world today is changing at such an accelerated rate and we as educators, need to pause and reflect on this entire system of education.

As Dr. Kalam mentioned above, the best may not be the excellent. The focus of the education system has to be modified from producing more intellectuals who can score 90% in exams or can rank first in class, to individuals who can sacrifice for others, who can forgive and forget who can respect and give respect and ultimately who are enlightened.
